But yes, they all go to Bremehaven first.

My car was ordered around 12/12, completed on 1/16. It sat in the port (Durban) until 2/8 when it was shipped. It arrived in the USA (NY/NJ) on 3/17 and at my dealer on 3/24.

Quite a wait considering my 330 from order to delivery took less than 7 weeks.

I don't know if I could endure that wait. It's only been 3 weeks and I'm going nuts.

It shouldn't if it is made in Bremer...err....Munich. Again, your build confirmation sheet will tell you if it is being built at Rosslyn.

It will say something like 335i E90 (South Africa)

Today is the day my car is supposed to be done today. I called the 800 number and it says it is in the paint shop. I am keeping my fingers crossed the delivery will go smooth and fast.

Got my vin and confirmed it is being built in Germany. Which is more good news.

More waiting. sigh.

Just called the 800 number and it says my car has finished production and is awaiting transport to the carrier.
