I don't have any pics or vids but the first thing I noticed about my LCI E90 was how bright the turn signals are. They are almost like high beams. I was very impressed with them.

overrated - Vinyl Amber Covers. You have a nice shiny car but what kills it are those ugly vinyl stickers covering the corner ambers. I'm sorry but it looks welfare.

underrated - BMW vehicle manual. No one seems to read it for basic maintenance .

Nothing is overrated how often do you see people with BMW's have these mods other then the people you see at the meets.

overrated: replica wheels , ALL OF THEM (sorry.. but replica cast wheels will NEVER compare to a forged multi-piece wheel)
underrated: Euro headlights ( these are the eyes of the car, very subtle and very clean mod)

Overrated - tuner badging (ie. Dinan, Racing Dynamics, ACS, etc.) aka stop me for mods to emissions systs
Underrated - tires (good Non-RFTs on stock rims will do more for performance than expensive rims and cheap tires)

EDIT: Another underrated one is black window trim on '07-'08 E92/E93. Apparently black trim is now an option on '09 models
