could just be running rich at the low boost settings and you are smelling / seeing un-burnt fuel. i would compare your fuel map settings with someone else that has PROcede and does not have a problem.

not sure if you got this fixed already or not, but white would be water. oil is typically blue and fuel is black. try video taping it so we can see what is happening. however, if it is fixed already congrats.
