Opinions vary on this forum as to whether it is 'a proper school' but I've had good experiences with the NASA HPDE program and continue to use them after trying others (BMWCCA, TMR, HOD). $159 per day in the norcal region, and the instructors are great.

The corkscrew is at the VERY BEGINNING of the video. Video starts from the top of the screw.

Unless I'm looking at a different video?

No..you are correct...the very start of the video is going thru the corkscrew.
