I've only dealt with Downtown BMW and Open Road here in Newmarket. Great service from both.

My service with them was ok. They left some grease mark on my door and I commented on their survey. They offered me something called a "VIP car wash" to make up for it. Have yet to book it. However, that comment about acid on the wheels is a little scary.

BMW Toronto is filled with smug characters that think they rule the world of car-dom. I can't find one single guy there that can level with me and treat me like a person instead of big fat wallet. I'd stay away from BMW Toronto.

Sorry to be off topic but thought I had to say something about BMW Toronto.

another incident, which was part my fault.... i was in a hurry to pick up my car so i didnt check my car thoroughly after they serviced it. I drove back to TC within 10minutes and they said tough shiet and it was my fault.
Yea the acid wash on the HRE's is something major. I'd honestly bust a gut if i found out my HRE's were stained. They must have sent it out to a 3rd party or something b/c the genuine bmw wheel cleaner is environmentally friendly and shouldn't have hurt your rims in any way.

In the end all dealers are monkeys...
I have had a good experience with them as a new owner and my folks have been dealing with them for the past 10 years.

I actually really liked their service. Nothing but good stuff to say about them when I serviced my E46 there.

BMW Toronto changed ownership awhile ago, perhaps that's why there is mixed results from different owners?

True, I'm not sure about the new owners because now they're run by the guy who owns Parkview and Waterloo, but while it was run by BMW Canada, they didn't seem to care about me and would treat me like crap every time.

Service was bad, and when they asked me for feedback I gave them a bad review. Then they called me to talk about it - it was a waste of 1 hour of my time during work for them to feed to me coined lines that they ARE doing a good job and wanting me to retract my feedback with them.

In the end they took my money, did some work on my car which should have been under warranty, asked for feedback, took more of my time to talk about my feedback, gave me nothing for it, told me that they believe they are actually great and that I should think they are too ... which made me more angry.

I never had anyone call me to complain to me they didn't like my feedback because they think they're awesome. It was a first in my life for me. Maybe this is the way all BMW dealers act - if so, then I retract my comments, they are fine and just like any other dealer.

I heard good thing about Parkview but I never tried them but my previous E90 was from Autohause was huge mistake I hated them period from sales to service.

Had the passenger seat airbag sensor replaced today at T+C. How ironic is it that I was sitting in front of their service bay at 7.30 am and reading this thread on my BlackBerry?

Anyway, I picked up the car tonight. They should really teach techs to wash their hands before putting them all over beige leatherette. Or at least clean the mess they leave.

Contrary to what everyone said, Parkview's SA and tech seems to be good. However, I do not like the "appointment coordinator" I dealt with previously.

Yeah the foreman at Autohause is very cocky. I haven't been there since they stop giving out bmw loaners.

Happened to me too from T&C. Few months ago, I was having breakfast across the stree from T&C. When I left, I got limp mode(engine light on too) with long crank. So I drove over to T&C and show them. Here was their respond back with attitude... make you a appointment 3 weeks later or leve the car there but they will just sit there for 3 wks and wait until the next available slot. Also they won't provide loaner or rental at all.

Good things is now I have a good freind that working @ Autohaus service, so I am cover now!

Yea right, I make small change and on there jobs and than that change is used back to goto court with them for my old lease car return! You still remember that? I returned lease and half a year later they found out there was a problem with the engine aand think i am liable still for it! Want me to pay 11k-12k for replacement engine!

I have some pretty good lawyers handling the situation for me thus far, but the letters i get from BMW are pretty nasty ahah . From adding interest if i dont pay, to manager of BMW financial telling me to call him and lets talk it out. Either way , they want to talk they talk to my lawyer because i dont have time for this shiet. For me to talk to them about this shiet, takes away my time to do other things which I could bill them for my time loss on opportunity cost.. upwards to 1k per hour!
