The main page of the product description on your website doesn't list it but the pull down menu to order apparently does under "3 Series: 2008-2010+M3 All."

If it does fit, what's the "Factory Output LED Interior Kit" option for theE90? Don't see (or notice) a description of it anywhere.

The ones you are referring to above will not fit your car. The H8 style bulbs are designed for the 09-11 sedans only. There are other bulbs that work for the 08-10 models cars.

Again we recommend sticking with proven solutions from vendors on this forum, one such option is our LUX E90 V7 which are the brightest on the market. 100% plug and play replacement for stock. There is a link in our signature if you would like more info on those

Been putting off "upgrading" the lights because the process just seems so confusing to me. Would like to find a local shop who can just "do it" for me but don't know of any in the SF Bay Area.

Anyone who has a recommendation, please PM it to me or just post it here.

We offer a full install guide step by step on our website, so any shop would be able to install these

The aftermarket options are plug and play and it's as simple as removal and replacement. We can't post links here but you can checkout the classifieds section of the forums or vendor sites
