read through that and tell me what Gus had to do to get his blower running right, A BOLT ON KIT.

kind of sad imo, i saw the condition of the kit and it looked like a monkey had been wrenching on it. how you manage to ding the finish on a blower is beyond me.

would you take your car back to a shop that fucked your shit up? didn't think so. since you obviously don't know the guy personally, why don't you kindly stfu and heed advice given to you by others. i stated in his previous group buy thread that i don't think his CAI or FMIC will have problems because he's not fabricating it himself. his fabrication is a joke.

Those are called mandrel bends Blake..

But the exact words you said were...

"show me where the mandrel bends are....every single joint has a weld. this is what mandrel bending looks like:"
and then you included this picture:

Do you know what the word bend means? Do you know the difference between mandrel and crush bend? Look at the bends in the photo you used as your example and look at the ones in the picture we have posted above.. both the same, both mandrel.

and then here's the exhaust we built you:

and who is the idiot?

The internet can make even the biggest of cowards feel like men. If you have an issue with a product or service we have provided you, handle it like an adult and bring the problem to us.

Another instance of a mis-educated customer. This customer brought in his own supercharger kit which had many problems mechanically that caused problems. The faulty bypass valve (the #1 cause of all the problems) is still sitting here in our office for anyone who wants to come take a look at it. We have all of the communication with VF Engineering documented. Unfortunately this customer has no understanding of the mechanics involved with what he purchased. We spent alot of time with this individual showing him exactly what was wrong with his supercharger kit. So here we have a faulty product from another manufacturer that we get the bad wrap for?

VF's own video admitting this issue: [URL="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XR5yNeGRE4o"]http://www.youtube.com

We were very willing to help this customer through the product defects and didn't even charge for all the time we had involved with solving the product issues.

Anytime you feel big enough to drive here and voice your opinions in person we will be happy to show you all of our fabrication equipment and walk you through the process of how each part is made.

but since you can't seem to post pics, something elementary in nature, i'll do it for you.

now bringing up points from the previous thread, this "system" contained some significant exhaust leaks that had to be patched, those insane tips fell off almost immediately following delivery, which took nearly 2 weeks for exhaust, and the mufflers you put on were a joke. your bends were simply bent pipe cut and welded together like a jigsaw puzzle. you grossly overcharged me for a terrible job. your dirty tricks are well known around town and it's really surprising that you're still in business. i guess not everyone gets the benefit of having internet forums like this one and many others to read your horror stories. at least my problems with your work wasn't something major mechanical because i couldn't even imagine how bad things could have been like countless others.

lol, what a waste of time. i've been there, i've seen your 1-bay shop. there's no point. i don't have any problems anymore because i had a real professional remove your work and redo it for a fraction of the cost.

Your ignorance shining through again. We started out several years ago in a small location and each year we have expanded and grown. We have our fabrication facility next door and additional space at another location. We have a total of 3300 square feet that we operate out of and currently working on further expansion. No, we don't have a multi million dollar facility but neither did Steven Wozniak and Steven Jobs when they were young. We don't bury ourselves in overhead which is why our prices are far below anywhere else. One of the "other" places nearby quoted a customer $1600 to install coil overs on his vehicle, we charge $450.. guess who's customer he is now? Again, you're welcome to come by anytime.

at least those "multi-million dollar shops" do the job right the first time consistently. isn't that what a successful repair shop should be all about? i'm done arguing with you chad. it is what it is. this is your word against the words of many. good luck with all your endeavors, chad. keep payin' out that hush money

And we have the words of so many more who are greatly pleased with our services and products. Unfortunately there are folks that will never be happy and every business has those to deal with. Our ongoing success speaks for itself. Have a great day Blake.

Dp's are my last mod for this car. I know the install is a bitch and I don't feel like taking them on and off for service. Once they go on they are gonna stay on.
