nothing much, just waiting on the car to touchdown in LA and pick that shit up and drive it like I fu**ing stole it! well, not really... but I can't wait to roll in it.

i'm driving a piece of sh** Toyota Yaris rental cuz my daily car is in the body shop getting fixed for a rear end collision. the only thing from not hating this car is the awesome gas mileage it is giving me, 35 MPG combined, even when i punch this car and down shift to 1st and redline it.

the boat should probably appear on shiptracker middle of next week.

in the mean time, i'm gonna tap some a$$ (my gf), get some drinks tomorrow cuz its da weekend and hope next week rolls by just as fast as this week. pretty soon, it'll be the 27th.

Supposedly the cars arrive on the 20th and I am guessing they will be processed within that following week. It only takes one day to transport the cars to SoCal and even NorCal too. They deliver on the weekends too. I just need to take delivery before July 1. I need those extra thousand dollars!

ETA: 2009-06-11 05:00

from there we will be able to track it to california.

Quick update for all you Bay Area folks. Just talked to my sales guy. Car should be ready to drive off the lot by the 24th! June delivery for sure!

While I respect your CA, I'm taking the "I'll believe it when my CA calls and says it's on the lot ready for me".

Not that you won't get yours on the 24th, but rather it's not worth getting your hopes up for the 24th only to have them be delayed (damage, customs, etc).

How does your CA figure?

If so, that is super legit. I am picking mine up from BMW of Mountain View.

I believe we will get processed quick because we have Priority 1 status and we are 450 miles from the VPC. We should definately get the cars way before July 1, as long as our cars don't come damaged or anything.

I still need to replace my windshield and find some tires ASAP.
