My local BM has been very good with me, same with the local MB dealer.
But when I mentioned to a mate I was buying my mrs a MB he wanred me the local deale rwas awful, couldn't have been further from the truth. Both of my wifes cars had needed warrenty work which has been completed without any issues and a decent courtesy car. Sam thing with BM, Ive had a MCS and 2 BM's from them and have no complaints about the service. Again I was warned that they are usless. Just goes to show it is not only the employees at the franchise but the customer as well. J. |
