heat it with a heat gun or blow dryer until the adhesive gets soft then use a combo of dental floss and a screw driver to pry it off...be very careful when using any tool to take it off, you may scratch the paint. The adhesive is very strong so make sure to heat it well and place enough pressure. gluck
