Slightly, so I may still use the vent | 10 | 25.00%
No, there is no difference in temperature. The vent is just as comfortable as opening windows | 7 | 17.50%

Your A/C blower gets air from the top of the engine bay...where the microfilter is. Actually the microfilter filters the air going into the cabin. The position of the A/C intake is what is causing hot air to blow in when you don't have A/C on and just the blower running. This is the same for all cars. If you don't have the A/C on then of course it's going to be warmer that the ambient temperature outside. It's basically taking heated engine air into the cabin.

Btw I never have either my a/c or blower with a/c off, running. I always have my windows down, unless a) it is raining b) I'm freezing my ass off c) I'm sweating my ass off.

This has been driving me crazy too. But I found a kind of work-around.
I found that it happens when the climate control is in AUTO mode (but with AC off). If I manually change the fan speed, even by just one level, thus taking it out of AUTO mode, the air from the vents feels cool, like it should. Anyone experience the same thing? |

There is nothing wrong with your vent. The air from the vent is always warmer than the air from the window or the sunroof - it is just physics at work.
