I was this close to swapping the coils until I saw two posts that said the opposite, as far as where cylinder 1 is located...........

Replacing the sparkplugs or coils every 4 months becomes very costly but it is only the beginning of many problems associated with the DPs or tempering with the original cats - irrespective of the DP brand.
From the codes in your post also check you lambda sensors - quite possibly dead by now.

I have gotten 3 limp modes upon cold starts in the past week. I pulled the codes and got cylinders 4 & 6 misfiring. Sounds like i should get new plugs first huh? I have 23k miles with the original plugs. Running tuned for 20k miles.
