Great guys thanks for the feedback!! This and AE are on the top of my list!

The Bimmerworld/HKS set up got some good press from Grassroots Motorsports and looks like a really nice set up. I personally have the AE and it was a long process to come to a decision. I am very happy with the purchase, though I think it would have been a tougher choice if the BW/HKS (non blue tips) was out when I made my purchase. For me it had to be a complete system and bolt on. No cutting or muffler only. And had to be civil as I roll with two carseats occupied by young kids 99% of the time.

Nothing beats the AE in terms of the overall package you get. It makes as much power as any other exhaust, doesn't drone at all, uses actual flanges (no shitty slip-joints), etc etc the list goes on.

It is civil when you need it to be, and an animal when you want it to be.™

We have the AE Performance catback on our Alpha test car and it has been great thus far.

You can see our car in this video with the AE Performance exhaust:

(my apologies if it was already posted, I did not look through all the posts in the thread)

To me it isn't an "exhaust system" unless it connects directly to the downpipes. AE, HKS, AMS are some examples. To match up with these you really have to add mid-pipes to many of these axle-back exhausts or atleast some sort of cat-delete (or high flows in Kalifornia) such as a BMW Performance 1/2 exhaust :P
