With stability/traction reduced 1 click : You can keep your drift going 360, HOWEVER, the stability control will be very jerky as it will be fighting you for control. Yes, the new ones actually dont have that 100% off mode
It would still break spinning wheel to direct power to another wheel It's kind of like DTC mode without any other intervention I wonder how it works with LSD installed In my case i know for a fact that nothing is controlling my rear wheels when all off, only Quaife |

nope we have done it in the dry also.... its actually harder in the wet if you can imagine... it seems to want to unload the power more to one wheel in the wet then in the dry... not sure why but, we have more videos coming that will show this.... its very stable though and controlled in the dry... in the rain it was a little hairy

I spent maybe half a day drifting in a wet parking lot. Jus circles and eights over and over and over.
I found the brakes to be interfering a _lot_ when doing circles. Lots of steering wheel fighting and lots of having to stomp the gas to force it to keep rotating (fighting through the brakes). I could feel the brakes through the steering wheel, and I could feel/hear them in the rear end. I was literally fighting with the software. When I turned off DTC completely (I have an XI, so mine has no e-diff program), my inside rear wheel would spin out the moment the car got any lean on it, and the rotation would stop. I had to literally fling it to do a 180. When I got some gradual drifts going, with both wheels spinning, there was no fighting with the wheel. I could set the wheel, set the throttle, and hold it - the car would just keep rotating smooth and steady (until a wheel broke loose). I had just come from an evo 9 mr, and it was much easier to rotate. I could do perfect circles with just tiny amounts of throttle modulation. The steering wheel barely moved. It had no electronic nannies. Pretty much effortless. -scheherazade |
