I got mine back today.

It works excellent - things I don't like is the whole random (CD 6) the random feature is funk and the fact that I can't play MP3's anymore through the CD. Technically I don't need it - but the software was an upgrade after all....
I'll save the complaining about this until I want a free upgrade - when the next good stuff is included.
Other than that it is great.

Oh, this is a great improvement. If you are dialing something that requires additional input, you no longer have to use the popup menu for keyboard. Much faster.

After having played with the iPod adapter for most of the weekend, overall I really like and from a sound and integration perspective it really is phenomenal!

My only gripes are:

• Aesthetically, would have been nice to have to have CD1, CD2 etc replaced with Playlists, Artists etc.
• Sucks that when you switch to any one of the CD's it automatically starts playing the first track.
• When viewing tracks from a specific artist in CD2/Artists and you want to go back to the list of Artists it takes you back to the beginning of the list, slight nuisance!

I have read people complaints about the random functions but I have not played with it enough yet to notice. I think if you have all your favorite music in playlists then the usability will be much easier.

JSpira beat me to answering the phone question, like he said having the number pad on-screen during a call is great if your in your voicemail and have to press a number to delete a message and so forth.

Why can't you play CDs on the CD input, which is separate from the CD Changer/iPod input?

Why I can´t play MP3 through the CD?. Ipod Interface finally working but, surprise!, MP3 on CD player and nav DVD with POIs not works. Anyone can help me, please?
