I had a question, currently I have the staggered wheels 17x8 and 17x8.5 on my 328xi with 225/45/17 and 255/40/17 tires respectively. Can I get different size winter tires? if I decide to just go with one size tire what size would be best?

You can go with 225/45/17 all around on those wheels.

I've done that for my winter set up, pics in this thread.
