With quench a couple of things CAN happen. The car will almost certainly misfire at high rpms. Second, it can bog after a run at idle. Most are very obvious.

Second, I have now tested extensively up to 670 ml/min on Map 9 on the JB3. I am currently starting my primary nozzle at 7 psi and going full at 10 psi. The power nozzle comes on at 10 psi and full at 11 psi. Basically you need to know what boost your tune will not drop below above 4k rpms. Make sure you set the max below at or below that value.

How did you calculate 500 ml/min?

using a 375 min its not exactly 500 but somewhere near that, I just rounded it...but what would you say it would be precisely?

It is indeed between 450 and 500. The voltage to the system etc. will play a part so it is hard to say beyond that for certain.

But it is safe to say that you are getting about 500CC/MN with the 375.

Great to hear about the results! I am not surprised at the quality of the work, Alex is very complete in his approach and asked a lot of very good questions to ensure that everything comes together beautifully.

The testing Former Boosted IS has done is very useful, and that flow rate makes complete sense from what we have seen as well. Going to a flow rate of about 900CC/MN was simply too much for our car, and the 375s seem to be doing incredibly well for us here too

Derek... Thanks for all the help you have given me throughout this entire process. It helped me get my Stage 2 kit 100% operational and optimal on my 335 and now lets me install it and set it up perfectly for all my customers.

Thanks again... Amazing support from your end!

A 375 ml/min nozzle will flow around 695 ml/min at 220 psi running 15 psi of boost.

I've been getting a bunch of requests/questions regarding the Relay and "on the fly" Map switching for the PROcede unit and the SNOW Meth kits..

If anyone needs a relay wired up to connect to the PROcede unit to make the SNOW Meth kit switch maps on the fly, shoot me a PM. I can make these and ship them out to you... Completely Plug & Play!!

Good fun talking with you guys. This platform has been/is/will be very interesting because of the level of integration all the different mods simply must have to work well.

Thank you for supplying the community the solution for operating the Procede with other Meth kits other than the one that Vishnu is selling...Without you I would still have my car and meth kit just sitting around waiting and waiting to get the wiring done and waiting for a response to my emails and pms that never gets replied regarding hooking up another kit to my Procede...

BTW...I added a bottle of Heet which is 12 fl oz to my 3 QUART tank full of boost juice that is 49/51 at the moment...Derek at Snow told me it would raise the mixture to 55/45~....2 bottles to 2.75 quarts will raise it to 60/40~...Just in case anyone needs help in raising the effective mixture of meth...I am going to stick with 1 bottle of HEET for now and do some testing, then two bottles! I don't know what the calculations are going to be for a 2.5 gallon tank...I didn't want to mix it with a measuring cup, and like to do it the old fashion way...Pouring it into the tank!!!!

AOL!!!!!!!! Big help, THANKS!!!

Hey Alex...took the car out yesterday with the mixture of meth/water bumped up to 55/45 and the car seemed to perform even better...I also bumped the user torque to 90% to get more boost psi from the 85% we had that day of the install of wires....Both of these seemed to make the car perform even better at high rpms...Just need to get a laptop that the battery can stay charged long enough to do some datalogging...Have you bumped up your mixture yet, and if so do you see any difference?
