Technically, any mod will void a specific warranty but the dealership has to prove that the aftermarket mod caused the issue itself.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act

"Under the Magnuson-Moss Act, a dealer must prove, not just vocalize, that aftermarket equipment caused the need for repairs before it can deny warranty coverage. If the dealer cannot prove such a claim — or it proffers a questionable explanation — it is your legal right to demand compliance with the warranty. The Federal Trade Commission administers the Magnuson-Moss Act and monitors compliance with warranty law."

Well, if you wanted to know from my stand-point, I shipped my lights in on a busy week for Luis, and from yesterday, it's been exactly one week. I think I'll receive my lights on Monday. Also, mine is a E90, which I've heard takes longer due to the use of a different type of sealant and other issues. So you could get yours even faster.

But bear in mind, I paid for overnight shipping on the lights, both ways. So, take that into consideration. (It's around 170-200 overnight one way depending on the box size). I think the E92 is $300+225, so you're probably looking at 900-1000 if you wanted it fast. Now, bear in mind that if you don't mind being like 2-3 weeks without your lights, just go with regular fedex shipping, and it'll be like $30 for shipping (one way), but it'll take 5 or so business days...

It's expensive, but definitely worth it (the pictures speak for themselves).

I'm pretty sure that I calculated everything correctly, but I could be wrong. Maybe Mike could verify this

You could also go with an HID kit for your angel eyes which is the brightest option.

For the coupe, the entire process is just over a week from the time the customer drops off the headlight at FedEx to receiving it back in their hands. This is with regular ground shipping (3-4 days transit)

The E90 LCI sedans will require a few more days over the coupe due to the additional work involved.
