So, I am going to the dealer tomorrow to buy one of the cars. I gather there is no further room for negotiation on these prices? Is that the general consensus?

You might be able to get them to waive freight and PDI on a demo...

Congrats!

While you were in, did you check the fabled 80k 1-series?

no, I didn't see the infamous 135, but they have the new 5 Series coupe in the showroom. I sorta like it.

on some of the "taxes", i.e. admin fee, etc. this was sort of a last minute buy since my mom has been talking about getting a new car for a while so I didn't have a ton of time to prep for the negotiation. I'm happy with the price (even though I'm not paying).

The 5 coupe I was referring to was the GT

By the way, are the special financing rates still available on the remaining 2009's, or has that program ended?

On xdrive sedans:

1.9% up to 60 months, plus $2,500 incentive, on top of whatever discount you can negotiate.

On rwd sedans:

Same finance rates, but $4,500 incentive.

Lease rates on both are 3.5%; not sure about residuals.

Nice buy. Deals are not as good as when they were clearing out '08's in Jan '09 when e93 M3's were like 20k off. I'm kicking myself right now....
