i had time today so i uninstalled my AA chargepipe and everything looks fine, the vac line has no holes or damage, silicone coupler has no holes but i forgot to mention that i swapped it out when i first installed it for another coupler that is the same size and everything but is alot more stiff that the AA coupler, could this be the problem? maybe it's not sealing properly because it is too stiff and not conforming to the pipe and clamps? other than that i have no more ideas of what the problem could be, i talked to AA a while ago but all their techs where gone so they're gonna have one call me tomorrow. i'm going to see if i could send them the pipe and BOV and see if there's any leaks.

6MT AA BOV user here, and ya mines popped off at the same location before, but what you are experincing appears to be normal. I dont normally hear any release of excess boost when i shift fast enough (any gear) Your car doesnt feel 'slower' does it?

nope my car don't feel any slower, but i know the whistle/whine i hear sometimes at higher RPM's shouldn't be normal right? also when it does that the power seems really jerky and not smooth, also my exhaust note changes a little.
