New rear subframe bushings meaning the M3 bushings, or did he mean Delrin?

Very nice! I got my Wavetrac LSD and KW V3 w/ Swift Springs from Harold too. I'm waiting on the M3 bits....I'll treat it as standard maintenance at the 60-76K mile period, lol.

800R is not high at all if you look at the wheel rates. You will want at least 400F and 800R, great for both street and track.

You can see the thrust sheets in front of the springs here:

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=329544

$25 for each set. You will need two sets for all 4 corners.

Does this M3 conversion enable front wheel of 18x9.5 et 35? I believe 9.5" would not clear strut on stock e92 suspension, but how about on m3 suspension? The camber will be more making it closer to the strut, but the wider track takes the wheel further away from the strut so that the 9.5" front wheel would clear the strut? The wide front wheels would cure the rest of the understeer even with only 235 tires.

You will need a 5mm spacer and run at least -3 of camber with 265 tires. The camber does not move the tire any closer to the strut as the camber is adjusted via camber plates.
