This is clearly a thread about the vendor, not the product. This should be moved to vendor review as it is not stating anything about the performance of the tune...

Terry's service is scary. Sometimes, a customer will call with a question I cannot answer - I have emailed Terry WHILE on the phone, and gotten a reply back so fast, I was able to give customer the answer during the SAME CALL! LOL.

i'm not doubting terry's service. i've spoke to him via email before when i had JB3 and the experience i had was also very positive... whateva... carry on i guess... once it goes over 5 pages with ugly comments going back and forth, i'm sure mod will do his job...

I can see how the OP would be very happy and enthusiastic about the customer service, I know my heart would drop I f I thought I hooked everything up right and it all failed. I am sure the simple relief from getting quick customer service and getting the car up and running again was pure bliss enough to give big props to terry. Glad it all worked out!!

Even though this thread is a testament to outstanding service from Terry, I think it should stay here because it contains valuable information on how to avoid hooking up the connectors incorrectly on the jb3.
