How did you disconnect at the downpipes? Just pushed and strapped the stock catback to the side, or did you remove them?

Congrats! Open DPs must be loud as shit! Running sans exhaust must have shed a ton of weight as well...

I'm not sure why people would say an open DP would be worse performance-wise.

it would be interesting to get a few dyno runs with just dp's and with the rest of it.

my understanding is, (correct me if im wrong) it only hinders power if you were NA, but since were turbod no exhaust is the best exhaust

that is correct. The big drag cars typically run the downpipe right out the side of the fender. Like what was said having a setup like that is loud as ****!

but you have to understand that those drag cars have huge turbos
im really not sure i was always told for turboed cars the less backpresure the better but recently i was told that i am wrong from a couple people when they knew i was open DPs. i might to a dyno b.c im very curiuos my self

BTW doog news is i got my meth working this morning but bad news is that my clutch is about to go out it slips just a litte at high gears so no more 4k launches til a new clutch
