The RDash v2 will be brighter than v1 (lower wattage).

Pictured below is the RDash (left) unit versus MTEC (right) for comparison. The MTEC LED angel eye units has a larger, more sufficient heatsink design with higher quality LED chips for a longer, brighter output. No overheating or melting failures as seen with the RDash units
