+1 On checking the tire specs!!

Not all brands have the same revolutions per mile front to back. The Bridgestones RE-11 in 19 inch & 235/275 front and back have a difference of 11 revolutions per mile front to back which is probably hell on the transfer case.

Tire Rack will show you the specs on almost every tire they carry as far as revs per mile are concerned when trying to stay within the 1% range. You really don't want it to be more than 3 revolutions per mile difference front to back. My Hankooks in 235/275 are 816 revs per mile (front) & 813 revs per mile (rear), which is tolerable for the transfer case sense it is not that sensitive. Not sure about the Toyo's that you are running, you should be able to check their website though.

CHECK THE LINK BELOW: I understand that these 2 sets of tires are 235/35/19 & 275/30/19 respectively.....but they are 16 revs per mile difference front to back. The transfer case on the XI will not be able to withstand that much difference front to back for long.

I purchased Michelin Pilot Super Sports at 235/35/19 & 275/30/19. According to the tirerack.com data, there is only a difference of 3 revolutions front to back (817 to 814).

Tires and wheels will be installed this Friday.

Excellent setup bro, I wanted the Pilot Sport but couldn't afford them at the time. 3 revs per mile difference front to back is no big deal, the transfer case was designed to handle that along with tire wear even on a square setup.

I didn't recognize a change in shift feel. This setup is one of the most common and this is the first issue I have seen noted.

I have had my wheels and tires installed since Friday afternoon and everything is working great!! No rubbing or weird behavior.

The Super Sports grip like heck and make a HUGE difference in terms of the car's ability to hug the corners and curves. Highly recommended.

Here are a couple of pictures:
