I can't recall exactly which key they have to press to get this info, but they can bring up details on your order (colour, packages, options) and specifically its production status. The status code corresponds to the codes in this post. I'd think you're looking for something >= 95.

The CA should absolutely know what ship the car is on, as well as the expected arrival date in Halifax.

The problem is, he may not be particularly motivated to get you that information since, really, it's not info that we really need to have. So you'll have to find some creative way to appeal to his sense of compassion
