A side note, a 375 ml/min nozzle does not flow 375 min/min. The Snow nozzles are rated for 60 psi. Since the new SHO pump is rated for 220 psi, you can see why it will flow considerable more. A 375 ml/min at 220 psi should flow about 710 ml/min of fluid.
Yes, thats why i was askign if it was an M5 or M7 nozzle... flow rate is relative to the pressure used..

My experience has been higher meth consumption, and unfortunately, higher temps.

In a 15min session I use about 0.8-9 gallon (Vishnu kit, 200psi pump running at 150psi I believe) with M7 nozzle. Previously, temps used ramp up to limp mode at 300F after 7-8 laps (see several previous posts from last year).

With the addition of the AR Oil Cooler (already had the OEM oil cooler) and meth injection, temps are now holding at 285F, which is still higher than I'd like.

That is with V4 6-16 meth auto-tuning maps running IC 0 (meth), UT 70% (17psi) and aggression of 2.

After talking with Shiv, he's recommended I set a UT level of aroun 30% (13psi). I hadn't see him post up any recommended boost levels for track lapping before, so it was news to me.

I'm out again this Thursday, we'll run less boost and see how the temps run.

If I short shift and/or stay in 3rd in several of the corners the temps drop to 270F, but lap times increase as well. Tried both 50/50 and 75/25 mix, didn't notice a big difference in power or temps, even with auto-tune.

I just bring several jugs of pre-mix to the track and fill up after every session.

Mr. 5, looks like your combination of 50% more capacity (windshield washer tank), and half the nozzle flow, is what gives you the 40 min runtime. i.e. My 15min x 1.5 tank / 1/2 flowrate = 45min runtime. You'd just be getting less power and less cooling, but if your temps are where they are you don't need it!

You're running 17psi on track... thats quite a lot. I think those temps are expected at those boost lvls. Awsome tho that youve managed to keep the car from limping tho!

I just dont know why people are getting distracted by intake temps... although that is very important what about ignition timing. After all the focus of intake temps is to ensure no pre-detonation from too much ignition timing and/or not enough effective octane/cooling.

All of this back and forth about temps and how many gallons you use is meaningless without concrete data of how the car is performing under

X Boost VS x nozzle VS X Pump psi VS X Ignition VS X Intake Temp

Holy sh**, are you running two 375 ml/min nozzles? That is a lot of flow!
