Nope, don't see a need for it, would just complicate things.

The way it is now is well-thought-out, and performs absolutely perfectly. I can't even see where this would benefit ANY level of end user. |

No need to risk your engine block I'll be happy to test the smart/progressive nitrous control right now at my own risk. Just email it to me and perhaps some other pioneer like e.g. cn555ic

LOl I didnt even get to try 19 yet and we are already on 20.
Cool little thing with the boost gauge and fuel gauge, need to check this out for myself. (I could get rid of my boost gauge in that case) |

wow, I thought I would hear a different response as is the same thing with more(better) storing options.
I believe if people had time to play with it, they would think otherwise. Better implemented than on paper.

I have a new project for you.
You know how direct tv and all them send signals to the "box" for updates and stuff, you should start sending them the same way to us.... but to the car directly and automatically HA (only reason i remotely complain, oh and believe me im not complaining about the neat features implemented) but for some reason 64 bit windows 7 hates the procede but my 10 year old laptop loves it. Except my 10 year old laptop battery last 4 minutes In turn, it makes logging and firmware/map updates a "project" as opposed to an easy 1 2 3/ |

I see all future of updating piggybacks wireless (RF or bluetooth), knowing it has a checksum feature after updating. Same way wireless firmware gets pushed down.

Scenario: Double tap hazard in map1 and: Map1 fuel gauge display boost Map2 fuel gauge display boost as well My suggestion Double tap hazard in map1 and: Map1 fuel gauge display boost Double tap hazard in map2 and: Map2 fuel gauge display meth flow, fuel, afr, boost, etc.. So when you cycle through maps, it holds your settings for that map just like map switching is persistence in holding its autotuned settings. If you want both maps to show boost like it is now, just have each map show boost. People, if this can be implementable(which Shiv said is an easy thing) why not. Its the same exact thing as we have now with another layer for each map so show something else if we wanted too. Sometimes I think if Shiv came out with it or comes out with it, you guys would agree with him and not be against it.

After everyone tells you what a bad idea it is, I'll wait for you to say you don't know what you were thinking and you were operating on 2 hours of sleep again. Just be thankful all these updates are coming.
