Sorry to hear about the fitment. Those things aren't going to fit, I would just take them off and demand to get a refund or the very least have the seller send you a proper fitting set. Good luck man.

why would you permanently try to attached something that obviously doesn't fit?

haha yeah... guess what, the seller doesnt acknowledge the paint match is quite off. the splitters came out more yellow than i expected. I just bought a set from JBSpeed and I'll see if those are any better than this!

Update! Unfortunately he didnt not man up but thankfully Paypal stepped in and all i had to do was ship the damn thing back and i get a refund after they receive it. The catch is I have to pay for shipping myself.... that is not what the seller's refund policy claimed.... For the benefit of the doubt, I actually drove down to USA to have this junk shipped because Canadapost charges nearly double at $75 to ship it!

will keep you guys updated after they receive the package in 6-10 business days.

I bought these stupid ebay splitters as well and the fitment looks just like yours. I didn't get it painted coz I knew paint would be way off anyhow. Let us know how things go.

Dang that material looks like crap.

OEM is ALWAYS the way to go.

Shrinky dinks? Any chance they got REALLY warm in transit and just kinda melted, or are they fiberglass..didn't catch what the material was?

That, or they are for the wrong car ..there is no way in h3ll those will fit an E90, LCI or otherwise.

What's next.. did you go with JBSpeed or scrap the mod altogether? My wife hit a tire tread and jacked up the driver's front and splitters would be a quick fix.

i agree with the OEM part, but they only sell it in CF if i get it painted it would cost me close to 1k to get it onto my car! i rather get a performance bumper.

I've just received the splitters from JBSpeed....and long story short, fitment is much better than the POS i bought from Ebay but still, i guess nothing fits perfect. I'm in the process of communicating with JBSpeed for installation advice. I'll have pictures soon.

I see. I guess JLmotoring Splitters really are the best ones on fit.
Can't wait for some pics.

Looking forward to pics. I've been considering the painted ones as well since I also don't want CF.

Update!!
Paypal refunded my money but did not refund the return shipping cost. But i take that as a lesson learned NEVER BUY EBAY JUNK. instead wait for vendors to start selling the product.

@beerad: this material is fiberglass.

A happy resolution to the splitters! In a nutshell, JBSpeed got me these as they are much better in terms of fitment and paint match. I gave it to my local bodyshop to install it because i broke my foot and i couldnt install it .

here are the steps that they took.
1) remove bumper (optional)
2) sand down inside of splitters to have better adhesion
3) clean inside of splitters and bumper
4) apply glue (betalink)
5) put it on
6) line it up, and put screws back on
7) clamp it down overnight
8) Complete!!

that guy was really meticulous and he commented on how he didnt have to modify anything about the splitters in oder to make it fit. everything lined up, screws curvature etc.

how do the splitters look without a body kit? (sideskirts + rear) do they look out of place? will be putting them on a e90 LCI sport package (not M). just think it will look odd without a whole kit. any side profile pics?
