I'm on the fence on this one. I personally think that a person should be happy with what they have, especially if they have a significant other. I mean if they change something, they're changing it to make them feel better, not anyone else. If my girlfriend wants to do something I would be against it but I'm not gonna do everything possible to stop her. Basically I wouldn't want her to but I'm not gonna go bananas over it. I can see if women who have A Cup or B-Cup breasts wanting implants. But, if they already have C or bigger, then I would be going, " WTF!??! Why do you want implants?".

I would give her my opinion in that situation, but I wouldn't stop her if she still wanted to go through with it. It could though be a deal breaker depending on how she thinks of my opinion and how she acts once the job is done( shows her true intentions of why a C Cup or bigger still didn't satisfy her).

neither implant interferes with breast feeding (saline or silicone) but i would think some girls might be overly concerned about implants leaking/rupturing then passing gel into their milk....

i would think if a baby is on the horizon then the implants take a back seat....

I was going to bring this up. My wifes friend has implants (poor job, some time ago) and she was unable to breast feed.

Something to consider.

I would be suspicious of any girlfriend that wanted implants, the only reason to get them is to get more attention from men (and possibly lesbians), if she gets them she will want to 'try them out' I bet you (op) would end up breaking up.

IMO implants are for single women, and repairing damage (sagging after kids, breast removal, etc).
