If by Miata fast, you mean it will kick your ass on a tight road course, then yes it is.

i dont like boxers theyre too high energy of dogs. I have 2 pitbulls. They're both like their daddy very lazy, and love to watch TV or take naps.

i raced a brand new Carrera 4S (they are 385hps) the other day on the highway...starting from about 70 mph. guy was next to me and took off first and i wasnt even expecting a race, so then i was like 'ok i'll play' and i gunned it.....took me like 5 seconds to catch up and pass him at about 110 then kept going.....i think i got like 10 car lengths in front of him before he gave up.
a boxter S is only 310 hps....just with DPs and DCI and no tune you should be able to beat him....OR with small tune but no DCI or DPs i have JB3 on Map 7, DCI, catless DPs, Forge DVs, and was on mupm gas 91. Didn't even have my AMS FMIC then (i do now)

Boxster S and Cayman S are quick. 2010 versions are a touch faster than stock 335i.

to beat a Boxster Spyder you would need a tune and some bolt-ons. 12-8 qtr mile http://www.insideline.com/porsche/bo...and-video.html to beat a Boxster S you would need at least a tune and some bolt-ons 13 qtr mile http://www.scribd.com/doc/30886847/M...omparison-Test (page 10 for specs) from what i was reading it looks like you would need real experience to get those qtr mile times from either porsche. good luck hope this helps |

Agreed but it serves as a great benchmark to compare cars based on straight line speed
