Had all injectors replaced and started having misfires...

Turns out that BMW forgot to put the couplers in that hold the injectors in place. I had it at 3 dealership before a foreman figured out that there were 6 injectors just dangling in my cylinders. BMW wouldn't warranty them anymore, they thought I was doing something to damage them so I started paying to have them replaced. One dealer replaced them and neglected to tell me that when they took the ones out that I paid to have done that there were parts missing. On the way home another cylinder began to misfire. I thought for sure that I had gotten some bad gas or something. I tried everything to figure out what it could be. Seafoam, injector cleaner, plugs, coils, plug gap..everything.

BmW was more concerned about trying to void my warranty than fix my car and luckily I encountered a foreman sharp enough to discover that $26 in parts corrected the problem as opposed to $170 per injector each plus labor.

Left the car at the shop yesterday they have to make some stuff to pressurize the system. Anybody know of a test that can be performed with the BMW software/gt1 that tests for boost and or vacume leaks?

I had cylinder 6 miss fire when WOT from 3rd to 4th gear and let the car shift. Some times it would miss from 4th to 5th but always one or the other. The latest V4 maps solved the problem so far. My fuel pump being replaced made it go away for about 4 months only to return. I am miss fire free for now but we will see. Good Luck.

I think if you get to the bottom of the underboost code, you'll get to the bottom of the persistent misfire issue. And if you can trigger the code(s) in valet/stock tune someone should be able to troubleshoot it for you. If there is no leak, then then the only other possible causes for an underboost code are problems with the turbosystem components (solenoid, vacuum tanks, check valves, turbos, wastegates, etc.). And there are disagnostic protocols for narrowing things down. My suggestion is to remove the tune, re-create the code with with stock tune and take it to a dealership for diagnosis. Since you are out of warranty, you may not want them doing much more than a diagnostic which will probably run $150-200. At that point though, you should get a good idea of the problem and what is involved to fix it.

I did remove the tune prior to leaving the shop. They are gonna try to trigger the code without the tune and create something to pressurize the system and check for leaks.
