Looks like the AIDA is still delayed. AISlive picked her up still docked at Zeebruge.

We aren't supposed to arrive at Zeerbrugge until 1/16 and leave on 1/17 so we're still on the revised (+1 day since it started) schedule.

I just checked SAILws and got this info, I guess the ship hasn't showed up yet, is that because its not in open waters yet?

Hello,
That site isn't updated for all ships all the time. For example, the AIDA last reported it's position more than a year ago to this site. Last reported at 2005-Sep-07 18:00 UTC - SR Quote:

We can still check the WW logistics site to make sure the schedule hasn't slipped, but that's probably about it. |

Ya your probably right... I guess i'll know when my CA calls me and tells me my car is in Halifax. One thing though is it might be possible that it makes it there before the 25th The Aida is the latest and greatest in their fleet. It was built in 06' and there some ships just as big who cross the Atlantic in 4 days. So here's hoping those lost days get catched up by the Aida. |

So now it's supposed to get into NY on the 28th. What is that, three days behind the original target? Oh well. I just hope all of the cars are safe and unhurt. Better late and undamaged than ontime and rushed. - SR |

Well i guess all this delaying because of the Massive Storm that hit Europe this past week. 47 people died, ships sank, trains derailed it was Crazy apparently.
So i guess that's why the boat has been delayed by a few days... Still sucks big time either way. |
