Why can't you? Too far? I'm about 500 miles from the PC. Perfect for a leisurely drive back via the Blue Ridge Parkway/Skyline Drive. You only live once!

I just dont have the time to go down and thoroughly enojoy the trip. I had some health related problems in the fall, so I had to take a decent amount of time off for appointments and such, so taking another day of work off just isnt possible...

Understood. Since mid-December I've made 3 trips to South Florida to be with my mother who is in failing health. Really puts things into perspective, you know. Luckily, I'm self-employed. And although my excitement is a bit muted, but I'm still doing PCD. She'd whoop my butt if I didn't.

Very small world indeed! I live in Laurel (for now), but will be moving up to Elkridge later this year when my house is finished being built. I also purchased from Tisher as that is where I test drove the car *AND* my sales guy was great. (Who sold you your car? Mine was David) PS. I wasn't allowed to get the coupe with little ones in our near future ...

Looks like about 1,700 miles (rough estimate) to go to NY. These ships travel, on average, 20mph (18 or so knots)

Im more anxious now than I was for my E90... I cant wait to play with all the goodies in the car too!!! I didnt leave much off the option sheet...

I think it is really funny that time went by really quickly (for me at least) for the first couple of weeks since I ordered my car, but ever since it was put on the "Integrity" time has slowed to a thick molasses.

I've already found a buyer for my 1996 Mitsu Eclipse (she treated me very well ... and had a nice kick with 210HP/214ft-lbs torque/2900 lbs weight!) but I can't wait to sell her and get my first BMW.

Well, there was a slight delay when it was making its stops in Europe due to weather. But Im ready for the boat to reach US shores... By happy hour of next Friday, my car should be at the dealership (as should yours...)

I'm not sure what happened to the schedule ... the GPS trail looks like they were either drinking or changing course over the past couple of days. I'm not sure what time the readings are made, but it looks like 1-2 more days to me ...

I just saw that on sailwx as well. The trajectory changes looks drastic, I think its weather related. Also agree, it looks to be a Jan 31 touchdown at NY.

The schedule on the WW site says its hitting port tomorrow, and leaving port day after... So I assume its hitting port later in the day...
