After all the police assembled from the 3 patrol cars they cuffed me and laid me out on the side of the highway while they decided what to do with me. The only reason they didn't impound my car was that I had a passenger.

The judge threw my case out and called me a "f'en moron" and told me I'm screwed if he ever sees me in his court room again.

So you are willing to take chance of being pulled over, possibly arrested, on someone's ability determine what 500ft is?

Have fun with that.

Felony? Get the F out. If someone was such a little bitch that they let a police officer charge them with a felony over lights then they deserve to rot away in jail. I would gladly take this case as high up in the court system as possibly just to make the point we have bigger fish to fry... i.e. drug smugglers and illegals crossing the border i.e. pretty sad we've come to threatening felony charges over some colored light bulbs.

This is a felony. You're asking for trouble (and by "trouble", I don't mean a fix it ticket).

Why is everyone bashing? It's illegal. OP got the point by the third post. His life, his decisions. Just help him install the angels and microwave some popcorn. Democracy dictates that you must tolerate those you feel intolerable. Every Dick and Jane gets their opinion. Selective tolerance is hypocritical. I see ridiculous wheels and suspension drops all the time (as do many members I assume); we hold our tongue because you can't stop determination. Only the indecisive can be swayed...

He obviously put in to effort to look up the laws of Washington state and deemed it worth his own personal risk to get thrown in jail...

do you know its not visible from 500 feet or are you just guessing? cause my bet is that you could see it. its only gonna be a matter when you see your first HP or cop. when you do id start praying that they dont see your lights. if you want color and say that it is legal to put blue on id do that. at least its a little less noticeable.

Be sure to carry a copy of the code in your glovebox along with a 500ft tape measure. You can be flip about this until the cops pull you over. This is no shitting bad. They take no chances and give no breaks on this kind of stuff.

For the OP.

From the exploded diagram, which part(s) are you talking about with the triple wires?

Might as well answer his question, eh?

No idea, and I can't really tell from the pics. Have you tried contacting the manufacturer or whoever sold you the lights?

Ignore the hators, but I would expect some unwanted attention. Angel eyes aren't really my thing. These do look pretty mean though.
