Sorry to take so long to get back to you, I've been out of the office since Thursday. The rear attaches over the top of the OEM bumper. No cutting the or other major modifications.

Yes we do ship to Canada. The kit we have does not have the fogs, but we can order them no problem.

hey evan, wont it like collect dirt since there is a 'gap'? i like the rear but its kinda strange...i guess ive never seen a rear apron that covers the oem one...

There is no real gap. If you look at your oem rear you'll notice there is a line dividing the top and bottom halves. The Kerscher lip, makes use of that line to align itself on the bumper. So there is not really a gap. Dirt shouldn't collect there any more than any other part of your car would.
