Anyone get their X1 sunglass holder (GB) yet?

got mine today, ordered the beige... now what are these two black cloth pieces that are attached to the inside lining and to the two screws?? Cant seem to remove it as they are glued to the lining...

i just left those black cloth thingys. u can't seem them once u install it and the holder works perfectly fine still

All you need is a torx25 driver and a small screw driver to pop open the covers on the existing hand hold.
It fits most sunglasses but with the larger ones it will not close completely. No biggie though cause it will still hold your glasses securely in place.

Got mine yesterday ... installed this morning, piece of cake and it looks great .. now I just need to get some sunglasses to put in there! lol!

Well my aviators don't fit for shit lol haha...it'll close kinda but it wont be flush and my head kinda brushes against it so...yea gonna leave the shades in the glove box and just keep the door handle thing to stash some grade A crack.

my aviators fit. i ended up having to put them with the lens' facing up, and with the top of the glasses facing away from the door.

Got mine and install works great, didn't get to enjoy it, since car is at the stealership due to hfpf i think, keep on dying and choking as I drive

(mainly because of the way the arms stick out)
