Mine is now trying to get out of me how much I've spent "modding" (haven't even done anything serious)...no chance in hell...when I told her how much changing the aluminum trim was she calculated it to be 2.5 sun dresses, 1.5 night dresses, makeup idk idk idk

I stopped modding before I got started. The problems started early and never really stopped enough for me to feel confident to add power-adders.... It really sucks because I chose the 335 over the M3 purely on modding potential. It was so nice, after owning all those previous BMW's, to finally have a car with cheap $/HP mods....

At first my wife did not know what to think about it. Weird shape. After the wheels and one test drive she fell in love. I hardly let her drive it though cus she has a bad rep for curbing rims. She hated my evo with a Passion. Maybe cus of all the money put into it.

We met because of our bimmers.

Needless to say, hers was more expensive, nicer, and newer than mine. But she liked mine more due to the mods, and color. (She wasn't a fan of her Orient Blue + Tan interior). Mine is black on black. She has since downsized to a Z4, and I'm in the process of upgrading to a 5er.

What she doesn't like about my car is... no A/C, and that I never wash it or clean it, or care for it.

What she does like about either car is when something needs to be done, she does the work and I tell her what to do. She has now done her own brake pads, shock mounts, valve cover gasket, alternator replacement, complete sunroof cartridge replacement, etc. Nothing major, but she enjoys doing the work regardless. She just needs some majorly padded gloves as she likes to smack her hands on metal parts when using tools and cut herself. Maybe she's a closet emo.

she says "i get wet when i turn the car on and it goes raaawwrrr".

oh, she hates the steering on the Bimmer
