Alright I gotta come clean on this one I did this mod awhile ago and I must say it looked pretty awesome on my civic

UPDATE: so i bought clear bulbs, painted it blue with blue glass paint.

VERDICT: So painting it does NOT work, it looks spotty and it doesnt shine bright, it does make the signal blue when on which is cool. The only way im going to change the turn signal light however is if I can buy a blue bulb for a py21w socket. Done, so this thread may be resurrected once i find blue bulbs
