No rubbing issues with a +40 offset and 275s. You can probably handle more of an offset if you go with 265's in the back. I believe the only other available offset with these wheels was a +22, which would rub.

I'll post pics of the rear tomorrow.

Thank you for the reply. I am actually getting my wheels custom made so I can opt for any offset. So, if you had to guess, how much more of offset would your current setup (with 275 tires) be able to take? Another 5mm?

If I had to guess, I would say 5mm. I'm sure that there are people on this forum that might be able to give a more definite answer.

They look great. I am usually the guy who cant stand cheap brands like Axis; however, they look so good on your car that I can't say one negative word.

Just for my own knowledge…what are you basing your comment on that the Axis wheels are a “cheap brand”?

Not sure of the size. If you call DNJwheels.com at (714)799-7126, they will be able to tell you or get some for you.

Not sure if nin1616 are stickers or not but I found that the Axis Penta center cap is really convex and my BMW stickers wouldn’t fit. I ended up ordering some actual center caps. The size I bought are 2-1/2” 64mm inside and 2-3/4” 70 mm for the outer cap. Check out “motor_emblem” on Ebay. He sells the Blue and White, Carbon and White but also the Black and White which I bought.

The wheel shop did replace the caps and added the emblem. You are correct in that the Axis Penta caps are too convex.

kewl thanx! ya, i agree, my caps look very convex so i wasnt sure if anything would fit, but wut's the deal with 2 different size caps? there's an inner and outter cap?

No, just one size cap. The inside diameter, which snaps into the hub opening is 64mm and the outside diameter of the roundel is 70mm. I didn’t explain that very well above, sorry about that. Check it out http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB..._promot_widget
