Which N55 DP to go with?

I would go with the AR for sure. The fact that the iCarbon is MIG welded kind of scares me and that you may see issues down the road with heat cracking the welds. Plus all that silly polishing looks nice, but just adds heat and cost for something you do not see. If anything it should be ceramic coated (Like AR) to keep the heat in the exhaust and out of the engine bay.
