I get some strange "bucking" or "lurching" if going WOT in only 3rd or 4th gear. Could this be the beginnings of some slip? IDK... I need to get an "335 expert" to take mine for a ride and tell me... Anyone around the Pgh area?

Any advice on getting BMW to pay for a replacement job? I'm already noted in their system as a "problem customer", I think. I bitched about some issues after the sale, and right in the middle of that complaining - HPFP went. So, I really flipped the F out.
