Seems like it just might be time to catch up on the back logs before more dyno days. I'm trying to be patient.

+1

Continuing to schedule new dyno days and give the PROcede stock to the dyno day participants while there are still back orders is NOT COOL.

Many people have placed orders many weeks (or months) ago and have paid a deposit. Taking stock and giving it to newly scheduled dyno day participants should not happen until the back orders have been filled. Several of us are in locations where we can't visit a dyno day location.

I am not upset or anything and am being very patient. I understand that it will take a while to catch up on the back orders. However, scheduling NEW dyno days should wait until the back order customer's orders have been filled.

I understand what you are saying. Just remember that I use dyno days to test maps, go over installation details, note any problems, document solutions, etc,. This isn't necessarily for me or for the dyno day customer. It's for all the people who will be doing the installation/testing themselves. The LA dyno day was a great sucess and it gave us a lot of info that we will use to make mail order kits easier to install and support. We're now at the point where we can start making harness to ship out. PROcede stock, as mentioned before, isn't the reason for the backorder. If we needed to, we could ship out every single ordered PROcede this week. Of course, this could potentially create a support issue on our end since we simply couldn't support everyone at the same time. Hence the staggered release.

As of this morning, we started building harnesses. I should have the first 25 kits ready to ship out next week barring any delays in getting ecu pins. So far, we've been building the harnesses by hand on an as-needed basis so this, needless to say, is quite a change. I've already submitted a hand built harness to a harness builder to get a quote on high quantity production. This will certainly alleviate the production bottleneck when it comes time to ship these kits out the same day they are ordered.

cheers,
shiv

Shiv:

When you're ready for DIY kits (non-Dyno Day customers), are you going to have detailed instructions and/or a video tutorial ready with it (I'd imagine you would)? What about the map switcher? Is that included or extra once produced later?

I agree that the more Dyno Days you do are for our benefit since I want an efficient map as possible if I can't attend such a day.

Thanks Shiv!

I was was under the mistaken impression that the PROcede was in production form.

If the dyno days are for tuning/further testing, I have no problems waiting until they are completely ready to go

Thanks again!
