heard that the car belonged to a city worker too.... the lady screaming was the wife of the guy...she declined to show her face on camera/interview because of her husbands employer....

I heard that the explorer is a Official vehicle (city owned/operated ), the licence plate looks like it is too.

None the a less stupid move on both the tow truck driver and front end loader.

Loader operator is a moron. With a machine like that you can use the bucket to push yourself away to get unstuck the tow truck wasn't even necessary. This is especially true when youre on a hard surface like pavement. I can't believe someone who does this as their job can be so incompetent.
