I disagree in that other methods than the one you suggest is a waste of time and effort. Conventional dyno runs are sufficient in most cases when optimizing an engine and just a few will have access to a perfectly calibrated stand alone rig. I second your opinion that the power figures the way they are normally produced are incorrect. Dynojet power figures can easily differ 5% or more for the same engine at different Dynojet facilities or occasions.

We have no race gas here... leaving now to go get some Time to make some numbers.. I have to take off early so i'm not sure if the graph will be today or tomorrow at this point. Depends on when we get race gas.

Super Far I'm waiting for product pictures before I post up all the graphs.

We ended up making 400/430 on pump gas (92 octane) - I'm going to screw around with the race gas map again. We made 428/471, but we have more left in it.

Gotta love bolt ons This car responds awesome. We have full step by step dyno graphs, just need to get our product pictures done and get things going

1400 is too much, vanguard now you can get for 1200 shipped, 1000 shipped if it's a good quality exhaust is an OK price.

I personally like the idea of corrected dyno numbers. That is, if I understand it correctly. How I understand, corrections make up for temp, humidity, baro, etc. So, if corrections are used, a car with 350hp in 20*F dry air at Sea level, that same car will have 350hp on 90*F humid air at 1000ft.

Poor conditions (High heat, humidity, elevation): the corrections will bring HP up.
Better than Ideal conditions (very Low temps, dry, sea level) the corrections will bring the HP up.

Is that accurate?
