£120 gets you an hour with a good looking lady who will do things to you that BMW wouldn't dream of. Second hour will be £80, so £200 all in and you will forget about whatever is wrong with the car.

Perhaps you misunderstood but the customer has only paid £85 for the repair (details of which can be found in my previous post).

The customer was only quoted £90 for diagnostics as is protocol when a customer books in for a repair of a fault which can not be pin pointed over the phone with a booking agent.
We would rather be upfront and tell a customer that there could be charges instead of springing it on them on the day.

Personally I think your comment is a little over the top considering that the person paying doesn't appear to be dissatisfied with us at all, based on the feedback received.

Dr Dave I find your use of language completely inappropriate.

Hello Anneka, quick question: why is BMW bristol quoting me £124 for a diagnosis and Sytner newport £90? should I go to Newport?

In my case (steering wheel lock fault), could I ask to have the car transported instead of me driving to them?

thanks
vincent

Hi Vincent, I can't speak for them but each dealership sets their own rate. Even within group many of our dealerships charge different rates depending on the cost of their individual business.

Regarding your PM, I'll be back to you as soon as I can.
