For those interested in a drive day, which option would you prefer?
Option 1 is driving to Archies Creek via the freeway for an expensive lunch. Option 2 is driving through Eltham, Kinglake, Healesville and Marysville, stopping in Marysville for lunch and injecting the town with some much needed tourist money to help them rebuild their community. Please respond with your preference so we can get this organised before Friday.

im inclined to say whatever, but for the sake of decision i think marysville would be nice as i havnt been there before, also i recon the freeway isnt as nice to drive on as winding, scenic routes

Excellent news, just received official blessing to meet at BMW Group from their Communications mgr, Erin Burl and she's going to give heads up to their security personnel so we dont get hassled on Saturday!

Option 2 is a great drive. The black spur is a fantastic!! I would recommend eating at Giant Steps in Healsville or a Winery in the Yarra Valley. I just got back from Eildon today which is the exact route Ringwood, Lilydale, Healesville, BLACK SPUR, Narbethong, Marysville, Buxton, Thornton, Eildon. I loved opening up the ride! unfortunatly i will be in Portsea this weekend so cant attend.

suggestion on pictures, I would suggest everyone takes their own camera besides carrying the professional cameras too and then post your best pictures, gives a nicely differing perspective out of different lenses!!
