i received your transaction of 200.00 Jan 12. 2011.. Wednsday night.. i told you i was shipping it out the next day.. i ended up taking it to Fed Ex Friday evening the 14th due to work.. here comes the 3 day weekend.. you placed a HELD from paypal on SUNDAY??.. you didnt even allow enough time for the item to get shipped to you knowing its a holiday?.. whats your deal bro.. intercooler is on its way and tracking number has been sent.. clear up the transaction or ill contact PAYPAL about you terms and condition on the HOLD>> "tracking number" which was given to you 2 days ago...

WHATS WORSE is.. my fellow e90post members send me messages saying this guy is claiming your a scam and putting my name down.. not cool.. so who should really be mad?.. i paid $40.00 to shipp it.. why would i ship an empty box?.. really though?.. ive shipped out MANY other items.. no complaints.. just from you who really wants it bad and can't wait the required days for it.. You will see how finicky this guy really is. if you didn't ship it within 10 business days, I could understand why he might be pissed or worried... but this is beyond temperamental. Besides, you have a tracking number. he will lose that dispute.

I dont know who's at fault here but one thing is clear, there was not communication at all from the buyer and the seller, so again I do business on paypal left and right, and as A seller its my responsibility at all times to keep the buyer posted on any changes that may happen with the item... NOW as a buyer you should respect the buyer and realize that SHIT happens as well you dont know if something mayor really happen (personal) but then again thats why you should ALWAYS HAVE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE OR AFTER YOU PAID:

Does not mean squat, If i buy something from you i have given you my hard earned money you should at "least" have the decency to contact me via email,phone,pm etc etc.

I make sure every time someone buys something from me that its the first stop after my morning coffee.

Its a simple task and alot of people make it seems like its a time killer. The shipping co will even pick it up from your house.

Had all this stuff, just a number he doesn't answer for days at a time, email he doesn't read, and this forum which he didn't check. It wasn't until he tried to move some money that he realized....oh shit my pay pal is locked up..

Looks like I have a package arriving the 27th. Its sign only and Im never home....nor do I have time to make it to the post office before or after work. It may be a week after that when I can get to the package. I also had coordinated a charge pipe install and arranged for my buddy that builds stock cars to come oversee the install. I actually enjoy and look forward to working on my car. I have plan carefully so that 2 hour install that ends up taking all day doesn't keep me from getting to work. I paid for it and assumed 5-7 business days to receive it and you didn't ship it till the 20th. I realize that shit happens. You have a nice car, it looks like you are responsible enough to take care of your stuff, and have respect for other peoples time.

I could have had a new unit... never installed, sooner for the same money but I pulled the trigger on yours to have it sooner. I asked you to refund me or prove that it was going to be delivered before the weekend. You knew I could have had the other one, you ran to fed ex and you shipped it so you could show paypal a tracking #.

have someone else that has ordered something from you pm me and say they got it and I will free up the dispute...

I'm with m3eater. If your going to put something up for sale, make sure that you follow up on the transaction. Come on really, it takes 5-10 minutes to stop by fedex and ship something out. Now if your BUSY schedule doesnt allow for 5-10 minutes, at least spend 2 minutes contacting the buyer or posting on the thread to let people know what the fawk is going on. There is no excuse for leaving the buyer hanging with no communication when you are holding on to their money. However this turns out, I would not buy anything from infinit9limi7... your business ethics sucks

i'de feel more comfortable with it being signed upon delivery.. knowing how you are.. u might SCAM me saying you never recieved it.. if your not home.. it will be held at nearest FED EX center.. PICK IT UP.. wow man ive done what you asked.. u said if you got a tracking number you'de drop the dispute on paypal... You went back on that word.. have some character to forgive me for not contacting you in that order.. but be the better man and just DROP this.. ive already appologized what else do u want bro?..

As far as the dispute.... just one i trader report that you delivered goods....and I will try to forget that you lied to me about the ship date and cost me a new unit with full warranty after the fact.

his -1 is due to m3eater. But just look at the thread to see who's in fault. This guy gets paid, and disappears. fedex didn't leave you a notice to pick it up at a local office? When im not home to sign for packages, they always leave a slip telling me where and when i can pick up the package.
