I also have a spoiler that has had the status of "billing informaton received" for 4 business days now...I'm loving it.

On a good note, they are replacing my chipped black out grills free of charge, so that takes some of the resentment away...hope you guys get your packages soon.

It seems that everyone is quick to bash and join the bandwagon.

If you have any problems just PM, Email, or call.
I believe I have always answered everyone very promptly but don't expect me to answer within an hr especially on the weekends.

We are having some problems with UPS in regards to some orders but will be taken care of.

James, your order was taken by Steve and as a courtesy we agreed to help him with this order even though we have no benefit from it. But I do not take well to threats of posting negative comments if I don't have it shipped to you express for free. Now since you went ahead and had another shop agree to do it for you then just contact them.

Same here Picus! I'm just glad that the issue with UPS has been addressed...and that the CS for the black out grills issue was resolved promptly.

I'm sure the management shift has had some impact on the business as well, so let's give it a little more time fellas...

FWIW, guys...After I ordered less than 2 weeks ago, I just received a PM from Carlos saying that my Rear Lip Spoiler should be back from the paint shop tomorrow, and they expect to ship it out to me shortly thereafter. I will post up pics with my thoughts after I receive and install it; hopefully early-mid next week!

o.k isee theres a lot of issues goin on with trendixx... BUT WHERES MY SPORT SPRINGS AT.... I ORDERED THEM LAST LAST SATURDAY...HE SAID HE WAS GONNA SHIPP DEM ON MONDAY... Well, now I'm a bit uneasy as well...Carlos PM'd me again yesterday, 3/1/07 saying that their guy was supposed to go to the paint shop and pick up some items, including my rear lip spoiler (which had been completed) so they can ship it out to me. So, I sent Carlos a PM yesterday early evening (EST), asking him if they got it and shipped it out to me with a tracking number; I got no reply. Then, I PM'd him again today, 3/2/07, but this time, I said that if I don't hear back from him, I will be forced to cancel my order and dispute the charge with AMEX for a product I already paid for, but never received!!!!! :mad: :mad: :mad: I still didn't get a reply.

I'm not sure if Carlos and Trendix are b.s'ing ppl here or what? Either way, it's unprofessional and no way to do business...they charge the customer, tell them what they want to hear ("it's in the paint shop, it's being baked, it's ready to be picked up, it's ready to be shipped," etc.), and string them along...not good. :mad: What's the real story here?????

I ordered this painted rear lip spoiler on 2/16/07...If I don't get an answer by Monday, 3/5/07 the first thing I will be doing is calling AMEX to dispute the charge and then calling/PM Trendix to cancel my order. I would suggest to Trendix to quickly get their act together, or they won't be getting many more orders from the ppl on this Forum.

I really want this Trendix E92 335i Rear Lip Spoiler to work out. If I actually get it and it's a quality piece which looks great on my car, I'll be the first to praise and recommend it with posted pics and my impressions after I get installed. The ball is Trendix' court.

ME too...i still waiting for my springs. My friend in CA has my wheels ready to ship to me to Australia. But then i have to wait the springs to arrive so that they can be shipped together with my wheels. So now because of Trendix i have to delay my shipment. Urghh ! He told me that it shouldn't take more than 1 day to receive the goods.

Maybe you should drop UPS as your carrier and use another carrier like FEDEX so your customers can still get their products ?

I guess if Carlos cannot be truthful about having my rims in store & ready for pickup, how can anyone really trust him regarding shipping? It was DIRECTLY because of him misleading me that I wasted 6+ hours driving down the length of California for nothing :mad: :mad: :mad:

I too am concerned, as supposedly buying the last rear lip spoiler they had in stock. Mine was supposed to be painted by the end of this week. Which isn't too abnormally long, YET. But hearing all the problems others are having doesn't look real positive for my order either. Keep us posted what happens and if it looks like Trendix is not being honest, I will cancel as well.

Empty promises only make things worse. If true, what are these guys thinking, that we will just forget we spent hundreds of dollars on nothing. I don't think so. :mad:
