SG. Nav hump on the dash is FUGLY. Go with the sportier color, sounds like you would appreciate it more. Monaco is impossible to keep clean. Impossible.

My sister just offered me her second car for a few weeks so now it is possible that I could order a brand new car with all the options I want if I don't mind waiting 6 weeks.

So I think I am leaning towards the Monaco at this point and I've definitely decided to get the NAV. And if I order I will definitely get the CA. Only remaining question is to go with active steering or not. Sounds like most people either don't order this option or don't like it. I'll do some searches and get more opinions.

Thanks guys.

Did a bunch of searches and people LOVE active steering. About 9:1 like vs. dislike. Think I'll get that too.

Too bad you can't get a car with both as I can't imagine mine without either, but if you have to choose one over the other go with nav.

Those of you with NAV would you ever buy a 335 without it? Any drawbacks? I like thinks to be OEM if possible, but I do have an external nav and I'm getting the new Blackberry 8800 next week which has built in NAV so I don't really need it.
My 2nd BMW with Nav. and I will never do without it on any future car!

My last car was Monaco Blue & not any worst then most colors to keep clean.

Funny: I feel the dash bores me to tears unless it has 2 humps.
Different strokes for different folks I guess

Done. Order a car in the color you like (SpGraphite, of course) and get Nav and CA. You'll probably get the new i-drive w/ 6 shortcut buttons and real time traffic. CA seems great; no fumbling w/ key.

I decided I like the Monaco blue color and I really needed the NAV after playing with it for a bit so the I'm taking delivery tomorrow of the car the dealer had in stock.

I'm 100% sure it has real time traffic because it says so on the order sheet. But what are the "6 shortcut keys"? Haven't heard anything about this yet.

I have Active Steering and absolutely LOVE it. I didn't even test drive one with or without before my purchase. Now, after having it for a year and a half and driving loaner cars without it, I will never go without it. It is a "must have" for me from now on. You will not be disappointed!

Please see attached article on Active Steering.
